Hosteva helps Florida short-term rental hosts and property managers research zoning risk and follow a municipal compliance checklist. We are a compliance research product — not a law firm, and not a property-management system.

Our positioning

Phase I focuses on Florida checklist depth and .gov citations for corridors such as Kissimmee, Panama City Beach, and Miami Beach. When hosts compare tools, we sit with HostReady/PermitGuard-class compliance checklist products — not Guesty/Hostaway-class PMS or multi-channel ops suites. Historical “HostReady Bubble” naming from early internal drafts is not used in Hosteva customer materials.

What we will not claim

• We do not market Hosteva as an “operations engine” or live multi-channel hub in Phase I.
• We do not invent traffic-light zoning results for uncovered localities — we fail closed with Under Review.
• We do not provide legal advice; hosts own final municipal filings.
