2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following legitimate business purposes:

  • To generate property-specific short-term rental compliance checklists and zoning evaluations;
  • To manage user accounts, authenticate sessions, and process subscription billing;
  • To send transactional account and billing notifications related to your Hosteva account;

  • No Selling of Personal Data: Hosteva does NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or property data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
  • Phase I Scope: Phase I does not include an AI chat assistant. Property addresses and related research inputs are used to generate municipal compliance checklists and are not sold for advertising.

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform:

  • Payment Processing: Stripe (for billing and subscription management).
  • Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting: Cloud hosting providers (e.g., Render, AWS) for secure server hosting and database storage.
